BOGRA: The cyber info city of Bangladesh provides information on Ekushey Book Fair: Lekhak, Pathak, Prakashak Sanghati Parishad, a platform of writers, readers and publishers, will launch a signature collection campaign today demanding expansion of the Amar Ekushey Book Fair, says a press release.

They demanded the fair be extended to Suhrawardy Udyan, arguing that the area on the Bangla Academy premises is too congested as the Academy is constructing new buildings while the number of the visitors is also increasing. The stalls are getting smaller and the fair is becoming more congested every year, making it difficult for women, children and the elderly visitors to roam around.
